船舶内の貯蔵タンクは、常に同じ流体を貯蔵するものではないため、タンク内部を洗浄する装置を貯蔵タンクごとに設置する必要があります、万一の火災及び爆発などの事故を防止するために、電気的な要素が排除されたメカニズムで流体によって駆動する装置です。
